01

The need

Socium.Job wanted to show how important it is for interns to receive quality training to face the realities of working life.

Goals of the video:

Shed light on a real issue

Create engagement on a topic everyone can relate to

Position Socium.Job as a committed player

Stress the need for quality recruitment and supervision

Strengthen ties with the community

02

Our approach

Storyboard: static to-camera shots gathering the views of several people in the street

Shoot: in one day, in the street, with different people

Post-production: a human, authentic tone showing a brand in touch with the field and with young people's concerns

03

The result

Everyone has their own take on the subject, but all agree on one point: interns deserve proper training.
