Data we collect
When you fill in a form (contact, project request, training registration): full name, e-mail address, phone, company, chosen service or programme and your message. We collect no other personal data without your consent.
Why and on what basis
This data is used only to answer your request, send you a proposal and follow up on the business relationship. Processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and on the pre-contractual steps you request.
Retention period
Requests are kept for as long as needed to handle them, then for no more than three years after the last exchange, unless the law requires otherwise.
Recipients
Your data is processed by the Digit Communication team and by our host, solely to run the website. It is never sold or passed on to third parties.
Cookies and audience measurement
We use the bare minimum: the dc_consent cookie remembers your cookie choice (12 months), the pll_language cookie remembers your language (12 months), and your light or dark theme preference is kept in your browser.
Audience measurement (Koko Analytics) is hosted on our own server, sets no cookie and sends no data to any third party. It only runs once you agree in the banner. You can change your mind at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
Your rights
In accordance with Ivorian law no. 2013-450 of 19 June 2013 on the protection of personal data and, for people located in the European Union, the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data.
To exercise them, write to infos@digitcommunication.ci. We reply within one month. You can also contact the data protection authority of Côte d'Ivoire (ARTCI).
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, forms are protected against spam and access to the administration is restricted to authorised staff.
